A full interior renovation of a 1920’s Spanish Colonial home in the heart of Los Angeles. The brief was clear: honor the architecture, modernize the function, and resist the urge to erase what made the house distinctive in the first place. Custom millwork, restored original hardwood floors, preserved plaster moldings, and hand selected natural stones throughout — each design decision was made with the building's original character in mind.
