After 16 years leading her own accounting firm, she sold the practice to dedicate her energy to real estate and construction full time.
With a background as a Certified Public Accountant and a master’s degree in accounting, Laura brings a rare blend of financial precision and creative vision to every project. Her deep understanding of design, development, and operations ensures that each build is not only thoughtfully executed, but delivered with integrity, efficiency, and care.
Robin Schneider, Chief Operating Officer
For more than 20 years, Robin has dedicated his career to building homes with care, precision, and purpose.
He got his start working alongside his family, helping grow a thriving building company that completed over 100 homes each year, along with several mixed-use and commercial developments.
Since relocating to California, Robin has focused on remodeling distinctive homes and leading select commercial and multifamily builds. With a deep understanding of local codes and a trusted network of skilled tradespeople, he approaches every project with integrity, craftsmanship, and a commitment to lasting quality.
