Our Process

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

  • This call is focused on understanding the scope and desired outcome of your project to make sure we are aligned on all fronts before moving forward. While we would love to work with everyone, not all projects are right for us, and we are not right for all projects.

  • The site visit let’s us put boots on the ground and get an in person feel for the size and scope of the project. Here we can also identify any potential issues or areas that haven’t yet been considered.

  • We’ve met, we’ve walked the site, now it’s time to meet the design team and get a sense for the desired outcome, materials, and design elements that will go into our budget proposal.

  • This is where we feel we really add a lot of value. Based on our conversations, site visit, and meetings with any third party design teams, we put together a realistic and all encompassing budget. It’s prepared and vetted by a CPA, so you know it’s solid!

  • This is where we get to shine, putting our years of expertise to work. We bring in our pre-vetted construction partners to make sure your vision is executed with care and attention to detail. We keep you up to date on the schedule and budget as we go.

  • Before we hand over the keys, we do a final walkthrough with you to address any small last minute details/touch ups that need to be made and ensure that everyone is happy with the outcome.
